One of my customers has been facing a big problem after paying all the money for the stock to a provider in Vietnam, then she has never ever received the stock from him (Sorry I cannot publish the provider's info and my customer's info here because I've promised not to do that). He's been keeping silent and not to pick up the phone after receiving the money.
Here are some advice that you must strictly follow if you don't want to be cheated by the cheaters.
1. Choose a good brand to trade.
- This is important because trading with a provider who has good brand name you can reduce the risk. However, please remember that someone else may pretend that he or she belongs to a well-known brand name but actually he or she doesn't. Please make sure at least you know the phone number he or she is using belongs to a brand name that you have known before. Or plz ask for some feedbacks from his or her previous customers about his or her service. You may ask for the previous customers phone number to call them and ask about the provider's service to make sure.
- We use only one number: (+84) 966.194.460 to trade with our customers. We will be responsible for any messages and trading confirmation through this number (SMS, WHATSAPP, VIBER). We also be responsible for all the trade via email: MurahBorongVietname@gmail.com.
2. Does your provider has a website where you can leave out some public comments? Does this website have a public chatbox that everyone can sign in and complain about the service if there is something wrong ?
- This is important, please think about the case that you have paid all the money but your provider suddenly be invisible, he baned your facebook, he doesn't answer your phone ? At least you need a public channel to spread aloud that he or she is a cheater so he cannot run the business and cheat others. Be careful with those who always try not to let you know their info.
3. Shortly check for his number.
- You can do it quickly but this is also important. Because some cheaters may use a new phone number so that you cannot find any information from him by using that number. If your provider comes from Vietnam you may shortly make a simple research to know if that number is publish somewhere on the internet in Vietnam through some search engine from Vietnam: Google Vietnam (www.google.com.vn); ....
4. Trading through facebook is not safe.
- Facebook lets everyone create account freely, so cheaters can create some accounts to cheat the buyers, then they can ban you by using policy. You should not proceed the trade after just a discussion through facebook.
5. Ask for your provider's personal social account and study him or her.
- You may ask for your provider's personal social account to get to know him and his personal relationship. In case that he or she cheat you, you can contact him via his friends, or can let his friends know his bad action. This makes him not to dare to cheat you !

Today 04/04/2014 sis PG ABD AZIZ from Brunei has received the stock. She sent me the picture and confirmed that all the clothes are in good condition. I am happy to hear that ! Sister PG ABD AZIZ has paid for the postage RM 39 less than estimated postage. Then I paid the extra postage for her !
