1. HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER ?
- For the ready available stock we can collect and post immediately so customer may receive the stock in around 2-4 days.
- We officially receive order via the number 0084.966.194.460 (+84.966.194.460) through SMS, Whatsapp, Viber and our Email: MurahBorongVietnam@gmail.com. We will be responsible for any cent that our customers deposited or pre-paid through the above number and email. If you order via facebook, our chatbox or other channels please ask us to confirm the order again via the above number or email ( In case someone else pretends to be us to ask you send the money).
- For the designs please note that all the beading designs on our catalogue we can make if customers order. However, the material designs change day by day so the material designs of the products you see on our website or catalogue may or may not be available (NEWEST DESIGNS SHOULD BE NICER). The material designs should be the reference designs only. Once customers proceed order, we will work with our material provider and to update newest material designs and send the pics to our customers to choose, then we will proceed. If you want to pre-sell the stock, please use our pictures as sample pictures for your customers only.
Please ask your customers if they want to order they can make orders then you will send customers the newest designs to choose as we did. Or please ask us if the material designs are still available or not ! THE BEADING DESIGNS MAY BE BEADED SAME BUT THE MATERIAL DESIGNS MAY BE SAME OR MAY BE CHANGED.
2. HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT
- Payment can be made through the following days.

* USING MAYBANK MONEY EXPRESS VIA MAYBANK2U.

3. HOW LONG WILL WE FINISH YOUR ORDER ?
- Normally it takes around 10-14 days to finish customer's order. However it depends on at the time you order whether or not we are proceeding many other others, the time maybe shorter or longer but we always try our best to finish the order as soon as possible but still keep the quality high !
4. HOW LONG THE STOCK TAKES TO ARRIVE THERE ?
- Since we finish customer's order, the posting process normally takes around 2-4 working days to arrive customer's house.

5. DO CUSTOMERS NEED TO PAY TAX ?
- Yes, Custom at Malaysia, Singapore or Brunei may take bit tax depends on the number and value of the stock. The amount depends on the custom officer but normally it's around rm 1-2/pc.
