For all the customers' order we will try to finish as soon as possible but have to make sure all the stocks meet the quality standard. Normally customer's orders take 10-14 days to finish but sometimes maybe bit sooner or later, especially for the new cutting often takes bit longer !
For the posting process, normally the stock can reach Malaysia in 2 or 3 days but when passing custom clearance, the custom will take a bit tax and our logistic agency there will help our customers pre pay and the logistic agency will call our customers to ask if they agree with the amount. When dilivering the stock to customer's house, logistic agency provides the bill and customers will return the tax to logistic agency. When the logistic agency calls to ask if customer agree with the amount, if calling fail the process may take time longer.
